To support your well-being we can also provide yoga or personal training classes. And of course we gladly share our favourite sports & wellness services in the Groningen city neighbourhood.
housekeeping services
To make sure you can fully enjoy your time at home after work we provide weekly house keeping services. Of course towels and linen are part of the fully furnished service too. Everything you need to live comfortably.

car sharing
Although the city centre is within walking distance, we understand the importance of being close to public or private transportation. Private parking is available for you in front of the building, but you can also rent one of our A3 Audi cars with the residence app. From our location it is only a 5 minute drive to the nearest train station and 15 minutes to Groningen airport.
social living
Everything you need to feel at home while staying in Groningen for business or work. You can meet, work and relax with fellow residents in the shared working-area, covered terrace or garden.
Depending on the residents' needs, we would love to host social events like residence dining, Friday afternoon drinks, yoga classes, etc. Privacy when you need it and community when you want it.
